Volunteers will participate greeting, screening, applying wrist bands, headcount tracking of the guests, and additional duties as needed. We also need volunteers to staff the HAULYP table throughout the event.
Volunteers can sign up for multiple shifts. The most help is needed for the first two shifts. Please register in advance of the event as an accurate headcount is needed since food will be provided for volunteers.
There are 3 volunteer shifts:
- 8:00-10:00AM
- 10:00-12:00PM
- 12:00-2:00PM
