• Event Breakdown Clean Up 1pm - 3pm
  Help clean up event
• Event Setup 8AM - 10:30AM
  Help Set Up Event
• Event Signage: 8:00AM - 10:00AM
  Place event signs in designated areas
• Floater Shift 1: 8:00AM - 11:00AM
  Help as needed throughout the event
• Floater Shift 2: 11:00AM - 2:00PM
  Help as needed throughout the event
• Food Court Shift 1: 8:30AM - 11:30AM
  Help Serve Popcorn and Snowcones
• Food Court Shift 2: 11:30AM - 2:00PM
  Help Serve Popcorn and Snowcones
• Full Day of Support (9AM-3PM)
  If you are staying the entire event, you will help with the following: setup, the event, and breakdown)
• Health and Safety Table Shift 1: 9:30AM - 11:45AM
  Assist guests with minor health issues during the event

  Assist guests with minor health issues during the event

• Insurance Appointment Shift 1: 10:30AM - 12:00PM
  Direct people to schedule appointments with Healthcare providers
• Insurance Appointments Shift 2: 11:30AM - 1:30PM
  Direct people to schedule appointments with Healthcare providers
• Parking Lot Attendant Shift 1: 9:30AM - 11:45AM
  Assist in directing traffic in parking lots
• Vendor Booth Assistance 9AM - 10:30AM
  Assist Vendors with booth location and setup
• Vendor Hospitality 9:30AM - 12PM
  Assist in vendor suite
