Our Professional Development Committee is excited to bring to you an exciting fun twist called Recipe for Success - "Dare to Lead" which will propel you forward and enable you to grow in leadership.
This will be a virtual cooking class and each ingredient used will represent a tool that is necessary to grow in success and grow in leadership. Success is different for every person and whether you are an entrepreneur or work in Corporate America (or BOTH), being an effective leader will help you rise to the top.
Leaders listen. They know they don't have all the answers, but instead use their influence to get the answers they need. Having strong leadership skills is a great way to stand out, make yourself known, and attract attention in your organization for all of the right reasons. Ultimately, the best leaders are those who get results. Your ability to accomplish this will greatly depend on how well you Motivate, Inspire and Encourage.

- 13x9 Baking Pan
- Baking Pan Spray
- Large and Small can of Peaches
- Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar
- Vanilla Flavoring
- Box of Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 Sticks of Butter
