Our September General Body Meeting (GBM) will be virtual.

"Checking Your Energy: COVID-19 Coping Guide" will provide a health check-in for both current and potential members. We have selected three speakers to present solutions to challenges in this pandemic in a well-rounded, robust way. In our program we have considered:

Medical Challenges presented by a medical doctor
Mental Health Challenges presented by a life coach
Relationship Challenges presented by a love counselor

We have all heard about and experienced the problems facing us during this time and we want to provide you with real, practical steps to improving your health while we are still all inside. #ThisIsHAULYP
