Join HAULYP while we leave it all on the mat with tunes from Lauryn Hill and a cool down that focuses on mindfulness. 

This is a Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM) and towel. Water will be provided.

We ask that you consider making a $5, $7, $10, $12 or $15 donation to our Yoga instructor for bringing her knowledge and expertise.
